Since 1969, Ortho Cast Study Models, LLC has specialized in producing orthodontic study models for the dental profession. Our laboratory has grown steadily over the past 50 years from a one man lab to what is now one of the largest STUDY MODEL LABS in the country. We owe this success to our loyal customers who have trusted in our service for many years.

We have always tried to give our customers what they were looking for: excellent workmanship at reasonable prices, fast turn around time, and a variety of model types to choose from.

In February of 1999 we moved our operation across town to our new 4,000 sq. foot location. This move has allowed us to grow and discover more innovative ways to serve our customers better. In 2003 we added a 3d digital study models service called ortho-graphics to our existing line of traditional plaster models.

In 2021, we moved to our expanded facilties in Washington, NJ.
